The Illuminator was designed with downriggers in mind, but they can be run as a high line by placing an ounce and a half of weight 18 to 24 inches ahead of the lure. They also work great with dipsy divers or behind planer boards. Illuminators are made of lightweight, unbreakable space-age Lexan.
